PATH is currently looking for Consultant Knowledge Management (SRH).The approximate consulting requirement is around 80 days over period of Mid-March 2020 to Mid-December 2020 (Around 8 days) Scope of Work : - Work closely with the National SRH team to support in the documentation of case studies, global best practices, and synthesis of field findings. - Develop white papers, project brief, success stories and learning documents. - Support state teams to finalize Knowledge Management products such as training report, best practices, scale up plans etc. - Develop quality outputs from program-related documents synthesizing learnings, findings and progress for diverse audiences such as government, donor, partner agencies, team members, and other stakeholders. - Develop training material, reports and support program staff on knowledge management areas. - Facilitate the roll out of knowledge management initiatives through demonstrations, presentations, training and workshops. - Plan, design, write, edit, deliver, manage and evaluate content on program activities and for various audiences and channels. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum 6-8 years of relevant professional experience - Publication in national/international journals is highly desirable. The candidates may be requested to submit a writing sample. - Strong writing skills with a flair for communicating complex ideas in simple and engaging language. - Aptitude to process communication styles of the audience, team members, and other stakeholders. - Readiness to work independently as well as a team-oriented environment. - Willingness to travel to project states, if required.
