Patel Family Office - Manager - Investor Relationship

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES :

- Actively contribute in capital raising efforts of portfolio companies

- Supporting senior management in pitches to investor community

- Handling inbound interest from institutional and retail investors

- Reaching out to new potential investors

- Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings

- Participate and assist in investor presentations and meetings

- Creating and maintaining database of investor network

- Working with internal teams to ensure that all investor documentation is completed While fund raising is the main role, the candidate may also be required :

- Manage existing portfolio companies

- Evaluate new deals such as strategic acquisitions, divestitures, asset monetization etc.

- Other special projects as and when the need arises

Other points :

- Type: Full Time - 40 Hours a week

- Location: Fully Remote

- Timing: Fully flexible, but some calls may be scheduled during US hours

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS :

- Educational qualification in Finance, mandatory

- 3 - 5 years of experience in investment banking, fund raising is mandatory

- Exceptional financial modelling skills necessary

- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Ability to use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit etc.

- Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with investors and maintain the company's image

- Excellent written communication skills to prepare convincing presentations and reports

- Detail oriented and have problem solving skills

- Ability to understand financial reports and study daily financial market happenings

- Being flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team

- Multi-tasking skills
