Parviom Technologies - Program Manager - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About the role and the team:

The role is the Central Program Manager for Enterprise Solutions. As part of the Enterprise Solutions team, the selected candidate will play a crucial part in building, managing and driving inter-departmental initiatives. The role encompasses owning departmental budgets, new product development, MIS & reporting, training, corporate partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Here is what we are looking for:

- 4-6 years of experience in Program Management/ Trade marketing, and MBA from a premier B-school

- A flair for problem-solving with strong organizational skills (will prefer candidates working with multiple departments)

- Proven track record of owning responsibility and leading initiatives

- Ability to track and analyse KPIs & KRAs, and implement best practices

- Penchant for ideation of products and translating customer requirements into features, assisting sales team in structuring product requirements

- Experience of driving corporate partnerships centrally.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Reporting:

- Monitor and track KPIs for the entire team.

- Maintain hygiene for all central repositories (CRM, billing, legal, etc.)

- Ensure adherence to team sales budgets & overdues' targets.

- Analyze and report zone-wise, employee-wise performance.

Learning & Development:

- Create & standardize content for the sales team.

- Create & administer training modules to the sales team & customize interventions.

- Cascade best practices to the ground team.

- Create the repository for references and testimonials.

- Product Management:

- Help sales team articulate problem statement for use by the Product/Engineering team.

- Collaborate with Engineering team to drive development of new products & features, and API integration with 3P platforms.

- Work with the Operations' team to ensure on-time execution of solutions.

Partnerships:

- Drive growth of new channels (SIs, Contractors, architects, security agencies, BMS companies, et al) and monitor these relationships.

- Drive integrations with partner/ customer app.
