We are looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded marketing leader who is passionate about content to join our team. The role's key responsibilities include:

Key job responsibilities :

- Responsible for identifying brands that have audiences we want to reach through creative, innovative, and impactful ideas that benefit both brands.

- Collaborate with and manage internal partners and stakeholders to implement promotional campaigns to support our company's Originals and Movies

- Develop partnership strategy while managing complicated logistics that allow us to deliver a great customer experience.

- Track and analyze key marketing metrics and campaign performance.

- Work closely with the internal synergy team to implement brand partnerships across company's touchpoint.

- Must be able to manage multiple marketing campaigns at different stages of development simultaneously.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders

- 5+ years of marketing experience

- MBA from Top B-School with at least 8-10 years work experience.

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

- Relevant marketing experience doing synergy, national promotions or franchise management ideally at a studio or major entertainment company, brand management at a major brand and/or marketing agency, consumer marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products.

- An understanding of marketing principles and communication tactics including various forms of digital/social, out of home, grassroots, TV/radio, and alternative marketing.

- Relevant marketing experience within entertainment, agency or original entertainment properties

- Demonstrated ability to execute large scale partnership idea
