Partnerships/Alliances Specialist - Startup

An early stage mobile technology startup based in Hyderabad is looking to hire a motivated individual that can drive partnerships and affiliations with online and offline businesses and brands.

Key responsibilities :

- Build partnerships and alliances with online and offline businesses and brands

- Manage the entire relationship with these Business Partners

- Structure agreements & negotiate commercials with the above identified partners

- Work with internal and external parties to drive action plans for achieving goals and business partner satisfaction.

Prior Experience, skills, personal attributes :

- Experience working with online retailers, payments service providers, aggregators is an advantage

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

- Takes initiative and focuses on execution

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to understand and manage metrics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation : Base salary + bonus + ESOPs based on performance.
