One of our MNC clients is offering solutions include Priority Pass, the world's best airport experiences programmes. They are also the trusted partner behind many of the leading financial services, airline and hotel brand's reward programmes and loyalty initiatives. They are now looking for :

PARTNERSHIP MANAGER - TRAVEL EXPERIENCES.

South Asia.

Position Overview:

- The role's focus and responsibility is to develop a travel experience ecosystem in South Asia through building and managing relationships with our Partners in accordance to global strategy. Partners include but not exclusive to airport lounges, spas, dining, airport merchants etc.

- The successful candidate will seek to drive mutually beneficial relationships with Partners as an equal. Through an understanding of our Partner's business aspirations and painpoints, we will adopt an innovative approach to build mutually value-added relationships, and to provide an enriched, frictionless, end-consumer experience.

- Through effective supplier management and commercial negotiations, this position must make a

- key contribution to the overall profitability of the South Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop our Travel Ecosystem - Source, prospect, negotiate and manage relevant commercial partnerships to broaden the scope, size and value of our travel experience ecosystem. Understand the broader commercial context of airport experience locations, pricing and contractual terms; execute a regional strategy in line with the global approach that delivers expected results.


- Partner Relationship Management - build rapport and relationship with Partners to understand their business and operating needs and painpoints. Formulate innovative solutions to achieve win-win results.

- Commercial Negotiation - ensure optimum commercial terms and conditions for new partnerships as well as strengthening and leveraging the terms and scope of current relationships to deliver cost efficiencies and drive profitability.

- Contract Management - ensure preferential contractual terms are in place to reflect the global scale of the business - Budget setting and P&L Delivery - Manage costs to achieve budgeted margins by forecasting contract renegotiations and managing the prices changes in order to achieve forecasted margin.

- Analysis and Reporting - collate, analyse and provide analytical insight into the performance of the partnership and its potential growth

- Marketing - collaborate with Marketing to plan and enable partners to have the best exposure through different channels.

- Any other tasks as required on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements:

- Proven success in conducting business and building merchant relationships within commercial airports

- Experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or other service-related fields

- Bachelors'/PG Degree in Business or related discipline

- 8 to 12 years of overall professional experience, with relevant experience in managing key, business relationships

- Experience in managing Supplier Relations

- Ability to persuade and influence at a senior level

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills

- Key account management techniques and practices

- Excellent relationship builder. Demonstrable skills in communications at all levels (including face to face, via phone and in writing), both in partner-facing and internal environments including an adaptive and flexible style that facilitates strong relationship development with senior executives, managers, supervisors and staff

- Essential highly numerate with sound analytical skill

- Strong networker and communicator

- Inherent desire to keep up to date with competitor information and market trends

- Excellent inter-personal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Assertive, initiative, independent, methodical, detailed-oriented, highly organized in work procedures

- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
