Partnership Manager - Marketing

About Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing bank and NBFC partnerships, as well as fine-tuning and implementing funding strategy. As you create an off-balance-sheet book, you will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely and cost-effective flow of money. We are seeking driven individuals with sound financial judgment to assist us in growing the liability side of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining relationship with current partners

- Bringing on new Partnership and managing the entire process, from initial outreach to internal and external coordination to the successful go-live within the scheduled time frame. Ensuring consistent, economical, and scaled capital flow from all partners

- Developing, negotiating, and putting into practice structures that are in line with product, scale, and market trends.

- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, product, and among others, to meet all requirements

- Solving problems and building trusting connections with the partners.

- Develop and set annual financial goals in line with the business's growth and expansion strategy.

Required qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field

- Experience in Partnership, preferably from Fintech

- Strong knowledge of structured off-balance sheet financing and partnership

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

- Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations

- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
