Partnership Manager
Job Responsibilities :
1. Generate partnership acquired leads in the region by methods of cold calls, emails and referrals
2. Educate partners towards the insurance and health benefits product suite.
3. Enable partners to pitch/recommend the Insurance offerings effectively to their clients and referrals
4. Do partnership agreements (including rev share) and provide them with the means to do a seamless lead transfer
5. Convert partnership acquired leads into active partners
6. Convert marketing qualified leads into active partners
The Successful Applicant :
1. 3+ years of channel sales experience within BFSI (chartered accountants, lawyers & professionals from other domain)
2. Strong understanding of the professional services within their designated region
3. Experience of working with local partners
4. Should have experience in building and scaling teams
5. Should possess problem solving capabilities
