- Own team goals for revenue, profitability and strategic actions
- Manage the new business/partnerships from end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, building a pipeline, evaluating new partnership opportunities, conducting partner outreach, negotiating term sheets and agreements and driving to execution.
- Own the execution of the final partnerships, troubleshooting partner technical issues, and improving partner performance
- Leveraging deep expertise in digital media to guide partners on optimal product integrations, partnering with Tech and Product teams on execution.
- Developing a pipeline prioritized for impact, design a successful pitch strategy, structure deal terms to maximize impact and align all stakeholders
- Close high impact partnerships driving sales, profitability and strategic outcomes for Bidzapp business
- Provide an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
- Ensure that all stakeholders are fully aware of the state of each partner's expectations and needs, and communicate business and partnership updates.
What will you need :
- 5+ years of experience in working with brands (from well known brands to emerging D2C) brands in building partnerships for marketplaces or large retail chains
- Experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements and data driven decision making
- Creative thinker; ability to apply market and consumer dynamics to our evolving business
- Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and high degree of comfort in presenting business issues to senior leadership
- Sharp strategic acumen and ability to manage ambiguity
