Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solution Partners Alliance Manager to join our team in the Asia Pacific Africa region. The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of sales, networking and key account management, who is capable of organizing and coordinating events, exchanging news and information, creating added value for common customers, and supporting local collaboration efforts in the Asia Pacific Africa region.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with adhesive suppliers in the Asia Pacific Africa region.
- Exchange news and information on markets, trends, and developments in the industry
- Connect adhesive suppliers sales/service teams in various countries.
- Organize trainings for sales/service teams and adhesive suppliers.
- Collaborate with adhesive suppliers in various industries such as Packaging, Converting, Woodworking, Graphics, and Mattress.
- Ensure all activities are recorded in CRM and provide regular reports to HQ.
- Participate in weekly TEAMS meetings with the Solution Partners Alliance global team.
- Attend the yearly Solution Partners Alliance circle meeting.
Requirements:
- Sales, Networking, Key Account or similar experience.
- Strong understanding of Sales & Networking.
- Technical education or background.
- Ability to prepare and organize events, including related documents such as agendas and MoMs.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Open-minded, friendly, and collaborative nature with strong people skills and excellent networking abilities.
- Customer-oriented thinking and a strong team player
- Willingness to go the extra mile.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to travel around 30% of the time within the Asia Pacific Africa region
