Partner/Vendor Management role
Hiring for a senior role in Partner Management with a company in online industry.
KRA's :
- Work with leadership to build the business plan and targets for the partners under management, ensure teams and budgets are in place and functioning effectively.
- Accountable for driving the agreed business and revenue plan with the partner flawlessly, on time, within budget and by meeting financial goals
- Partner with the team to proactively identify risks and issues, provide guidance and support heavily on issue resolution and leveraging internal and external partner relationships.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned with progress and manage higher escalations effectively and efficiently.
- Drive the development and implementation of new revenue lines with the partner.
- Own competitor tracking, quickly analyzing existing and new products and identifying opportunities for changes with our business. Create a framework for updating the wider Team
- Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with the assigned partners on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends
- Identify products and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate
- Ability to present campaign results and strategy at a senior management level, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the team
Skills, Abilities, And Competencies :
- Strategic thinker with an ability to evaluate how value can be enhanced across all constituencies for the partners, customers.
- Good understanding of relationship management and demonstrable skills in being proactive, understanding client needs and solving problems in partnership with others
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present and communicate business plans in a logical structured manner - must be able to draw conclusions and add value to information
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability to deliver all activities effectively and on time.
- Committed to understanding the partners- customer segments and demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer value and a customer experience
- Organized and Structured
- Proven Key Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Experience in managing project's campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to achieve the objectives
- Target achievement driven approach
