The Partner role is to shoulder the responsibility of Business Development and generate agreed revenue in the region.

The Desired Candidate :

- Those who have had a stint in consulting / corporate business development / client servicing would fit in.

- Should have proven competencies to work from grassroots level to generate a connect and enlarge business opportunity.

- Excellent verbal communication and personality to rub shoulders with Corporate honchos especially the HR Decisions makers thru whom business lead generation is viable.

- As this role is more a participative / revenue sharing, looking for an entrepreneurial professional who wish to kick start his / her career in Talent Search Industry and willing to wait and gain the treasure would be desired.

- The role could lead to joining the board over a period and also hold a share holding.

- Since already Angel Investors are being pursued, this opportunity could be a spring board for a highly ambitious and challenge preferring professional to showcase his competencies.
