The Talent Acquisition Partner will fulfill a key and integral role in the organization's innovation, transformation, and growth by providing the business with value-added recruitment activities, coaching and being the subject matter expert for all level hires. 2. By establishing and managing strong relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders, you will own, promote and contribute to processes, hiring strategies, interview design and planning, candidate experience and the selection and offer negotiation&nbsp; Key responsibilities : 3. Take full ownership of and manage the hiring plans for your business lines 4. Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs and outsourced partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans 5. Influence and drive sourcing strategies to support the hiring mandates 6. Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and leadership positions 7. Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social-media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for positions 8. Utilize Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques to identify resumes and candidate profiles 9. Generate data-driven market insights, utilize data to continuously evolve the sourcing strategies 10. Drive diversity recruiting strategy and impact in support of broader team/Business Group/Company aspirations 11. Provide exceptional organization and project management skills, enabling the business to trust and have full confidence in your execution of their hiring plans 12. Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas 13. Proven, proactive sourcing background utilizing multiple avenues to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow as well as a pipeline for upcoming searches 14. Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing, and alternative avenues 15. Ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals and additional leads 16. Manage communication and cooperation among individuals and groups including conflict resolution, stress management, diversity awareness, and teamwork to promote overall success 17. Deliver the best candidate experience by developing a sell strategy and techniques that attract top-tier talent 18. Collaborate with the regional Talent Acquisition lead and business partners to support regional and global recruitment strategies internally and externally 19. Support and promote a global brand for recruiting functions and student hiring initiatives. 20. Attend local events as needed. 21. Be a valued and collaborative member of the team, contributing ideas, feedback and improvements
