Partner International Relations will be responsible for managing relationships with the clients partners. The Partner would be responsible for actively working with the business clients and deepening expertise in a range of practice areas including Market Development, Communication and Learning. The key aspect of this role is to champion the development of Strategy for all business clients (universities).
1. Be the intellectual leader, bring broad experience to our clients and inspire innovation throughout the practice through building teams to meet tomorrow's issues and challenges.
2. Go to market strategy - Help clients build impactful market entry structures that integrate company's operations and the exceptional customer experiences to drive value creation.
3. Customer insights and segmentation - Develop proprietary tools and approaches to help clients understand customer needs and behaviours. Leverage insights to develop actionable segmentation. Build a distinct advantage over competitors to inform business decisions and investment allocation.
4. Develop a blueprint for growth and increased client value through the application of demonstrated insight to achieve organisation and client goals, whether that involves realigning strategy, or identifying individual units that can make the most significant contribution to the growth of the business.
5. Translate analytics into business impact - Understand market trends and value drivers, along with in- depth industry expertise and analytical firepower, enable actionable strategy that creates tangible long-term value for clients.
6. Build core capabilities in client strategy, market strategy, operational structure, value management and financial strategy, strategic planning process, innovation support, regulatory and policy planning.
7. Deepening expertise in a range of practice areas including Strategy, Analytics and Global Advisory
8. Be a significant contributor to the growth of the company
9. Enhanced ownership and accountability for defining innovative strategies and driving results
Prerequisites:
1. 14-17 years- experience in driving business outcomes for corporate clients, of which at least 5 involve a leadership role
2. Strong experience in working in a multi-national & multi-cultural environment
3. MBA from a Tier 1 is strongly preferred
4. Self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner
5. Good understanding of consumer behaviour for professional services
6. Team leader with excellent interpersonal skills
7. Strong leadership skills with effective organisational and planning capabilities
8. Ability to drive data-driven decision making
9. Work efficiently in a matrix organisation
