The Role :

- The opportunity is to join a fast growing Executive Search firm as a Partner.

- The Partner will bring on new clients on board matching the strengths of the Firm and the requirements of the prospective client.

- The Partner will become a sector expert in the firm and build and maintain the capabilities of the Firm in the sector.

- The Partner will network with CXOs and Business Leaders in the sector.

- The Partner will service the Executive Search needs of the clients and bring on board and train recruiters

The Ideal Candidate :

- Entrepreneurial and Street Smart

- Long term vision

- CA or MBA from premier institute with 6 -10 yrs of work experience in Sales/Business Development/Consulting roles.
