We have an opening for a Partner with a Recruitment Firm specializing in senior, middle and junior level requirements catering to multiple industries. The firm is a startup and is based in Gurgaon/Gurugram and is run by an women entrepreneur.

Opportunity will interest those who have been thinking of starting their own recruitment agency or those who are currently running their own recruitment firm but are looking to collaborate with more partners to scale up and make the business successful.

Founder is looking for like minded partners who are ready to come together for building a long term relationship and build a scalable platform catering to multiple industries and multiple HR services.

Few important things:

1. Good understanding of recruitment space and business development

2. Eager to grow the business

3. Collaborative and energetic

4. Based in Gurgaon

5. Industry experience and startup experience will be an advantage

There are further plans to diversify into training and other HR services.
