The Group is one of the largest in India and greatly respected for the high performing culture.The private equity business is niche and with good fund raising capability.

The Partner's job would involve the following areas of work:

Lead the deal origination

Hands-on involvement in transaction execution along with the MD.

Be on Board seats and involve oneself in post investment role.

Participate in Strategic decisions about the firm.

Play a key role in fundraising.

Involved in the guidance of the invested companies for growth profitability and valuation.

Guide the internal team for achieving the deals and execution.

The emoluments comprises fixed,variable and carry as per the norms of the PE industry.
