- Reports to Head of Private Wealth Directly - Max Target Fixed Pay upto 80 Lakhs + Incentives - Primarily an individual role with One RM and One Service RM reporting to this role - Expected to Manage Minimum AUM 250 Crore & 500 Crore of Total Relationship Value with bank - Achieve Revenue, Acquire New to Bank Customers, Grow Asset Base - In seniority role is equivalent to Zonal head of Consumer banking, Private banking business - This role is instrumental in acquisition of HNI & UHNI clients and building the relationship with the bank. They have to sell Investment & Insurance & other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income. - They will manage very large families (Clients Relationship Value with Bank upwards of 5 Crore and manage around 40+ families - Nurture and manage end to end customer relationship by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by Bank - Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view - Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores - Acquire Customers through natural market, open market activities, references from Internal sources via existing branch and digital networks network - Ensure regulatory compliance - High relationship management orientation; ability to forge effective relationships - Strong focus on service delivery - Execution oriented, i.e. driven to achieve results
