Responsibilities - Support and execute the Performance Management process across the business - Coordinate across the business on the relevant collateral and training materials for the implementation of the Performance Management process - Track, monitor, report effectiveness and efficiency of the performance management process KRAs - Process - Build an execution framework for the Pilot Performance Management Process in Capital, over the course of Jul'20 to Jun'21 (with relevant illustrations and necessary templates) - Build communication plans, tools, and techniques, SOPs relevant to managers and employees - Plan and launch the process at the beginning of Q3 for Stakeholder/Customer - Partner with teams upstream and downstream to deliver the mandate What are we looking for? - Proven track record of working on the end to end building and delivery of a Performance Management program for a diverse workforce - Competent in partnering with business stakeholders to deliver a robust performance management process and superlative customer experience - Worked through at least two performance management cycles - Competent at building tools and techniques, designing templates and models that include various aspects of performance management i.e., mentoring, feedback, coaching, goal setting etc., Candidate Profile : - 5-6 years of performance management experience across the spectrum of requirements highlighted in the above section - Postgraduate HR academic background - Experience and proficiency in compensation methodologies, job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits administration - Experience in organizations with established HR practices - Strong verbal and written communication skills
