This tier 1 law firm in litigation is looking for a Partner - Litigation for its Bangalore location. Job Responsibility : - Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement and appeal. Well versed in drafting of recovery matters, winding up petitions etc. - Demonstrate success in managing and conducting a variety of litigation matters - Interviewing the client and investigating the facts leading to the dispute. - Participate in conferences with senior counsels for framing strategy and arguments and managing the entire course of a litigation - Attending to clients and handling matters individually in the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Company Law Board etc. - Well versed in handling arbitration matters involving civil disputes. Ideal Candidate : - An LLB. (Hons.) In Law from a reputed institute with over 12 to 18 years work experience. - Strong communication skills. - Good leadership qualities having influencing skills. - Should have handled litigation matters before the Supreme Court/ Various High Courts in India/ Commissions/ Tribunals and District Courts. - No in house counsels.
