Partner/Lawyer - Banking & Finance Practice - Law Firm

For a full services law firm with offices in 6 cities in India and also in Singapore & Dubai, we are looking for a Partner/Principal Partner to help establish the banking & finance practice in Mumbai. This is an independent role to begin with..

1) Establish the practice in Mumbai by leveraging on past network/assignments/connections/past work.

2) P&L responsibility.

3) Develop and execute business in areas such as Infrastructure, Financial Regulation, Restructuring, Banking and Finance, and Private Equity

4) Build a team and grow the practice in the next 2-3 years.

5) Leverage the existing infrastructure of the law firm to set up the practice from scratch.

Key requirements:

Corporate Lawyer with specialization in debt structuring, private equity, mergers & acquisition, project & structured finance.

Salary offered: 40-60LPA
