We are hiring for a leading International Education Group for Partner-Private Banking/Investor Development  KEY HIGHLIGHTS:   Roles & Responsibilities :   - Drive the growth of the offering in India   - Engage potential clients and provide the most appropriate value proposition   - Play an active role in client development   - Actively developing new relationships while nurturing existing ones   - Inspiring clients to pursue new areas and explore new possibilities   - Enhance and strengthen the foundation of the relationship through an introduction to other financial products involving reinvestment of their deployed capital post-exit   - Identify key target cities and organise events to enhance awareness and build investor confidence   - Knowledge of EB-5 & U.S. Immigration Fund on critical aspects including Project Selection, Job Creation, Due Diligence, Capital Structure, Inter-Creditor Agreements, overall security aspects of the investment that win the confidence of the market.   - Develop and execute expertise in a range of practice areas with regards to EB-5 including Immigration, Source of Funds, Taxation and Investment/Project Analysis.   - Enhanced ownership and accountability for defining innovative strategies and driving results in developing the program   PREREQUISITES :   - 10-15 years of experience in marketing financial products and HNI investor management   - Self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner   - Good understanding of HNI consumer behaviour for investment products   - Ability to capture consumer insights into relevant marketing initiatives   - Exceptional communication skills   - Effective organisational and planning capabilities   - Work efficiently in a matrix organisation   - MBA from a good business school (preferred but not mandatory)
