Partner - Indirect Tax - Litigation & Advisory

My client is among the top Law firms in the Country with presence across metros having more than 100 legal and managerial professionals.

The firm is involved in big ticket corporate deals across service lines - Taxation, M&A, IPR, etc.

What would you be doing in this role:

- Reporting directly to the Partner, you will service clients in areas of Indirect Taxation.

- Deliver on a wide range of engagements.

As a successful incumbent:

- You will come with CA/ CA + LLB professional degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience, preferably from a law firm/ accounting firm or should have modest independent practice.

- You should have knowledge on VAT, CST, Service Tax, Customs and other advisory work pertaining to Indirect Taxation.

- You should be aware of various procedural/statutory compliance, rules and regulations

- You will also have excellent communication & relationship building skills.
