The Organization is a 20 year old Indian HR Consulting firm with good brand in Learning / Training Solutions :  Business Growth   - Growth focus: meeting targets set by the firm   - Looks for strategic alliance opportunities  - Improves account penetration in high net worth and lagging accounts  - Diversify client base and look for cities of growth   Market Updates  - Remains updated in various disciplines of L&D and OD in the space of content, training delivery, training analytics, coaching, technology  - Helps in product development that can be key Differentiators for the business  Client relationships   - Ensure client level customization and contextualization always remain the central point of focus  - Develops a feedback loop on VOCs, NPR and critical program feedback  - Has personal involvement in high stake and high visibility projects  P & L management   - Ensures fixed cost remains within budget   - Ensures, audits the P & L to look for any inconsistencies  - Responsible for taxes payments on behalf of the company and does not incur any unnecessary fees  - Delivery of high end training programs.  Operations Governance   - Assure training / project delivery always meets timelines and quality standards.  - Provides general oversight of all activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.  - Guides the team in better and smarter ways of accomplishing the tasks  - Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation.  - Ensure facilitator pool is robust to meet multi-level and multi-city requirements.  - Reviews progress with management on a monthly basis.  People Management   - Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff and volunteers. Assures process for selecting, development, motivating, and evaluating staff and volunteers.   - Recommends staffing and financing to the Board of Directors. In accordance with Board action, recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained.  Qualification   Academic qualification: Ideally an MBA in HR from a tier A / B school   Professional Certifications ( preferred) : Certified Instructional designer, Certified coach, master trainer, Certifications like DISC, MBTI, FIRO-B   Courses from ASTD, SHRM  Knowledge of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick ROI model, AI  Skills  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Interpersonal relationships   - Business Acumen   - Analytical mindset  - Problem solver  - Thinks on the feet   - Can work with different personalities and egos   - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, projects and stakeholder groups;   - Project management,   - Strong consulting skills   - Negotiation skills   - Facilitation skills  - Strong Industry network   Experience   5 to 15 + years of experience   5+ yrs in managing clients  Consulting background necessary  Multi-sector experience will be beneficial
