Primary Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for the entire Executive Search Business & Revenue - Growth of the company at Pan India and Global Level. - For Tech Domain - Will be the P&L Owner and take accountability for all the accounts of the BU. - Will see to it that all the deliveries are smooth and as per the client's requirements. - Shall be instrumental in designing and implementing Delivery Strategies, Search Methodologies and Frameworks that will reduce the TAT and enhance the Business. - Identify and contact potential clients for new business engagements. - Build strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. - Maintain frequent client communication, make regular client visit and ensure client satisfaction. - Conduct meetings with clients and management to determine project scope budget, and timelines. - Develop business proposals and Negotiate project terms and conditions with clients as needed. - Lead a Team of Consultants and Sr. Consultants and make sure that everything is on track and inline to the business needs. - Mentorship, Appraisal and Individual Development Planning and Execution - Hiring New Talents for expansion plan. - Participate in Group level New Initiatives and Innovations.
