Urgent Hiring For Partner Enablement Manager JD - Partner Enablement Manager: Essential Job Responsibilities: - Help build our partner ecosystem for scale as a key contributor helping define and enhance our roadmap and related content and processes - Develop deep product expertise and creativity to work closely with our Partners and internal stakeholders to deliver a "white glove" enablement experience for Partners and Customers - Drive the creation, curation, and delivery of educational solutions - Establish methods to track the quality of enablement, secure customer feedback on their experiences, and constantly leverage findings to improve our enablement for partners and customer experience - Bridge the gap between our Partner capabilities and the power of our products and create excitement about the value that our approach offers for their customers - Lead the development of the community through thought leadership, events, and developing practices - Support Partners and internal stakeholders' ad-hoc requests and jump in where needed (e.g., workspace creation, legal agreement support, webinars, etc.) - Work with alliances leadership to manage partner data and related tiering metrics such as sales contribution, technical certification, skills, or capabilities Required Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's/PG degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required. - Five (5) plus years' experience in external facing roles such as customer success, channel partner management, partner development, or vendor management, preferably within a SaaS environment - Project management and organization skills to support a growing portfolio of partners and partner led projects - Great communication skills - written and verbal - Stakeholder management and diplomacy - able to build and nurture trust-based relationships, and proactively manage expectations - Bias for action with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams - Ability to define new processes and structures, and implement improvements to processes as needed.
