Partner/ Director- Due Diligence
Job Responsibilities :
The incumbent is expected to work on various stages of the Due Diligence & responsibilities may include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive due diligence process for evaluating potential business partners
Competencies:
- Leadership and project management qualities with effective communication skills and articulation ability.
- Exceptional client service ability along with developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.
- Excellent knowledge and rich work experience of financial due diligence and strategy to gather comprehensive insights and conduct a thorough assessment of the target company.
- Should have handled Due Diligence assignments independently/as a team leader; preferably sectors such as Technology, manufacturing, real-estate, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, logistics and Financial Services.
Experience bracket:
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in due diligence
- Experience of working with consulting firm preferred with business development skills
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant
- Only CA Qualified with Due Diligence with majorly CA Firm Experience.
