Our Client offers Accounting, Tax & Regulatory advisory & assistance for both domestic and international organisations across a range of industries. With a strong presence in strategic locations of Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi-Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Aurangabad.

Job Knowledge :

- Knowledge of the provisions of Company law, listing agreement and secretarial standards.

- Drafting of Legal Documents

- SEBI regulations

- Assisted in structuring of transaction / documentation

- Assisted in reviewing due diligence report, share purchase agreement, share subscription agreement, share holders agreement.

Education : CS and Law

Experience : 10+
