Partner - Corporate Tax - CA Firm

Job Purpose : The incumbent will be a part of Tax Advisory team that specializes in cross border Direct Tax, tax structuring, transfer pricing, expatriate taxation & dispute resolution before the Indian authorities

Role Responsibilities :

- A team leader with entrepreneurial capabilities to manage & scale up tax practice in Mumbai.

- Engage constructively with clients, fellow partners and industry /corporate leaders

- Actively develop quality business opportunities for the firm

- Develop white papers on emerging issues in taxation

- Responsible for overall execution of client assignments

- Engage with tax peer group on an all India basis to develop new products & solutions

- Grow, develop & scale up tax practice in Mumbai
