Responsibilities:
- Building up an engagement network & community of company regional partners across India
- Ensuring streamlined and constant communication from Company to the community in order to improve operations .
- Ensuring rewards and recognition mechanism for regional partners and their staff on a regular basis inclined towards building better business relationships
- To Identify, recruit, on board, engage and market new partners in the assigned territory and achieve targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- To monitor & mentor new partners and to keep them updated on new developments & understanding the trends so as to smoothen the process.
- Managing marketing activities, campaigns and projects, developing plans, and monitoring performance. (Email, social, outdoor, merchandising and other promotional activities)
- Candidate should be comfortable for travelling.
