Partner Community Manager - Internet/Online

Our uber cool network design team keeps the hustle going- all the way from Europe. We are in it to win it! With the top ISP's on our side, our operations team loves to aim high and has overseen the evolution of Broadband in India like never before. With LIT knowledge and resources at hand, our team has all it takes to roll out seamless networks all throughout the country.

Responsibilities:

- Building up an engagement network & community of Company's regional partners across India.

- Ensuring streamlined and constant communication from company to the community in order to improve operations and make our company as Top of the mind of partners.

- Ensuring Company's branding at the regional partners including but not limited to co-branded boards, staff T-shirts, office space branding.

- Managing marketing activities, campaigns and projects, developing plans, and monitoring performance. (Email, social, outdoor, merchandising and other promotional activities)

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Ensuring rewards and recognition mechanism for regional partners and their staff on a regular basis inclined towards building better business relationships.

- This will be a PAN India role. So Travelling will be involve.
