Cloud Transformation Leader, with an entrepreneurial drive, who operates at a high point on the consulting value chain and has deep credibility on data driven transformation. The individual should be able to build new customer accounts as well as potentially develop new capability areas for the practice.

Candidate Experience & Skills - EXPERIENCE IN CLOUD AND DATA + CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN TECH CONSULTING IS MUST

- A seasoned individual with 18+ years of global experience of working with the C-Suite in delivering projects and solutions in Cloud Transformation viz; data strategy, data lake, data architecture, data management and set-up. The role is industry agnostic.

- An individual should have an experience of working with enterprise applications and associated teams.

- The individual should have mined alliances and is required to be well networked amongst them, should be recognized amongst alliance partners (Azure, Google etc).

- The individual should be able to lead complex engagements and advice clients on the right tools, skills, resources, alliances, and capabilities required on their Cloud transformation journey.

- Individuals who have demonstrated an experience of designing Cloud Transformation Roadmaps and policies with a good understanding of the legal, statutory, and regulatory environment.

- An individual with good business acumen with relationships in the domestic market and the industry to source new business, along-with managing a P&L responsibility.

- A People Person who believes that culture is at the core and has built and led teams on Transformation projects.

- An individual with an affiliation to some market / industry body in the Technology space will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Market and Expertise Partner:

- The individual will be responsible in building the book of business (Manage a P&L) and leading the Cloud Transformation Portfolio for the firm.

- The individual will be responsible in developing intellectual property, including methodologies, solutions, accelerators, and tools in the Cloud Transformation domain with a focus on data solutions.

- Design go-to-market strategies, Technology roadmaps and implementation and explore opportunities for technology and business partnerships for complementing growth plans.

- Stay abreast on advancements around emerging technologies globally in the Tech ecosystem, and broader domains.

- Collaborate with leaders of the firm to provide innovative solution for cloud transformation technologies.

- Be always a brand ambassador for the firm, promoting clients and work delivered in varied domains to widen the footprint for the firm.
