A premier trade loyalty and consumer Engagement Company, which helps several Fortune 500 companies create and manage their channel loyalty and consumer engagement programs, is seeking Partner Client Success to handle its key brand marketing programs. This Role includes managing all functions of Client Management & operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, plan, deploy and manage key consumer and channel incentive programs for Fortune 500 brands operating in India
- Undertake management and co-creation of CRM and direct marketing based programs
- Responsible for Strategic business development, initiation of lead generation activities, events and promotional campaigns, data mapping and analysis, client relationship management
- To sustain and grow the business from existing clients by delivering exceptional service and planning
- Prepare proposals and presentations to clearly articulate client program details to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are onboarded on the tasks of the marketing program
- Facilitate new customer acquisition - prepare concept, present & execute
- Product Sales Analysis & Revenue Maximization
- Advice the clients on various Customer Loyalty and retention program
- Relationship building with National & International brand in order to get them on board for extensive co-branding activities Mapping the markets for the client, region specific marketing campaign
Profile Requirements
- Graduate with a full time MBA.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Key/Mega account management in advertising and brand marketing
- Customer Relationship Management with enterprise clients and consumer brands
- Successfully and consistently delivering the responsibilities of Revenue Generation, Profitability, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent mentor and coach with an ability to take up challenges and perform in changing work environments
- Good inter-personal skills
- Formulate the strategy, design the demo of the solution & implement the solution at the client end
