- Partner with 10+ experience in Capital Markets/PE & VC Practice with a law firm.

- For this position, we would also prefer to talk to a solo practitioner in this space, who may be running an independent practice.

- Good personality and excellent communication skills.

- In addition, the said resource should be well networked and should have strong relationships in the Capitals Market/PE space with Investment bankers, PE firms that enable him to bring existing clients and acquire new client accounts.
