Partner - Business Development - Retail

Develop the Bengaluru offline retail market & build a relationship with owners of retail stores in high-streets & Malls.

Weekly routine will involve:

- Visiting 30/40 premium retail stores & meeting the owners

- Communicating ReCast Technology's solution

- Signing the stores as affiliates/partners (initially for free)

- Collecting information on stores (products, promotion etc)

- Interacting with ReCast technology team to upload info.

- Connecting to stores-3 times weekly to get promo updates

- Converting free affiliation to paid subscription after 30 days

- Training other biz dev partners

- Providing feedback to CMO on markets & competition

- 10% time for training with co-founders

Salary offered: 6-10LPA
