About the Role :
The responsibilities would include :
Business Development and Sales :
- Responsible for the overall development and execution of the - BD through Alliances- Strategy, leading the process from inception through to the signing of new partnerships.
- Drive identification of special products relevant to the affinity or customer segment
- Create compelling profit objectives and maximize cross-selling opportunities by keeping up-to-date with the new product developments and enhancements.
- Actively manage the sales process
- Team Management
- Client Relationship Management
The role holder should have the following :
- Post graduate in management (full-time) from a reputed institute
- Minimum 7 years of customer facing Business-to-Business Client Acquisition Experience/Consulting Experience
- Maximum Experience 15 Years
- Current Job should be either in Consulting or i-banking organizations
- Excellent communication skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Ability to analyse and provide solutions
