Partner/Associate - Banking & Finance Sector - Law Firm

We are urgently looking Candidate for the profile of Associate Partner/Partnership role with a Leading Law firm based out of Mumbai/ Delhi. Candidate will be responsible for following:

- Corporate transactions involving Fund Raising through both Debt and Equity route, Securitization, Venture Capital and General Corporate.

- Drafting and Negotiation of transaction documents pertaining to project finance, structured finance

- Business Development and managing relationships with in-house counsels in Financial Institutions, Funds, Corporate Houses

- Expertise in drafting Agreements like Loan Agreement, Mortgage, Memorandum of Deposit etc.

- Managing relationships with external counsels

- Assisting the company in renegotiating, redrafting and standardizing its corporate agreements.

- Legal advisory in the Debt Capital Market transactions consisting of Due Diligence

- Drafting of Offer Documents along with other ancillary documents.
