Role:
To manage acquisition and increase market share in order to attain market leadership in Medium accounts allocated within the SME segment, through growth, in terms of subscriber base, revenues, whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms.
Strategic:
- Plan implementation of medium accounts sales strategies to grow subscriber base, better penetration and enhance competitive position
- Direct team engagement & development strategies to drive product penetration in allocated medium accounts
Operational:
- Responsible for subscriber growth and product penetration from the allocated medium accounts through account management and total telecom solution selling.
- Account planning to manage & drive sales of voice and data products through the Direct sales team members.
