PARTH is a dynamic and innovative product-based software development company, and we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager at PARTH, you will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions and driving the overall talent strategy of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Design and implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills and competencies across the organisation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively recommend and implement innovative HR solutions.
- Supporting change initiatives with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful solutions aligned to the evolving needs of the Business and the growth of our colleagues.
- Experience building trust and confidence with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, able to write effective content utilising an appropriate writing style based on the message and intended audience.
- A builder who can assess our current communications vehicles and map a strategy to support our rapid growth.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employment, labour laws, and employee safety and well-being.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource management, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
- A strong academic background, with a degree from any Tier 1 business school.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and tools (GreytHR etc.)
- Experience in designing and implementing employee development and training programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
