JD:

- The profile is responsible to develop & drive effective performance management practices to improve the efficiency.

- The HRBP will be effectively involved in liaising with business heads to review performance, existing gaps, challenges and accordingly initiate corrective measures

- The profile is also responsible to analyze the sales figures, individual performance, product performance, functional performance trends and assist in the forming of the business roadmap & strategy.

Skills Required:

- Proficient in using MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint presentation

- Interpersonal skills

- Should be comfortable with data analysis

- Proficient in using SAP for analysis and reports
