Job description:

- Candidate should have exposure to the Sales of Capital Equipment, Pharma Machines, Packaging Machines, Tablet Press Machines.

- To handle the product with proper understanding (Tablet Press Machine, Counting Line, Capsule Filling, Check Weigher, Pharma Product)

- Engage and make the sales team learn the product and its benefits

- Engage and support the service team towards their various activities

- To give feedback to the Team with performance reports, improvement feedback, competitor analysis etc. at regular intervals

- To maintain a complete record of all pertaining information related to the product and customer project

- To be responsible for presentations with the Sales team to the customer

- To support thru the Sales process towards smooth execution

- To support thru the installation / commissioning and governance thru the warranty process with the Service team

- Large team handling experience.

- Excellent Communication Skill.

- Ability to lead the organization strategically and add value to predefined organizational objectives

- Conducting review meetings

- Managing client interface and adding value

- Internal customer Branding

- Coaching Heads and Training Front line Executives

- Candidate shall be preferred from Hyderabad region but need to travel Pan India.

- Age criteria should between 35 to 45
