Your Impact : - Coordinate activities and priorities of enablement functions to improve alignment to sales strategy - Work closely with marketing and sales management on Go To Market segmentation and coverage strategy implementation - Assist in sales strategy and segmentation and execution of pathway businesses - Work closely with Theatre Sales Operations, establish qualitatively and quantitate KPI's and Scorecards allowing sales leadership to take a pulse of each performance initiative - Work with marketing to enable sales team - Support Global Sales Leaders with analysis and reporting as required - Support and drive continuous improvement across sales planning, strategy, processes, and tools Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing strategy - Own the process and overall quality of the final presentation deliverables for key business reviews e.g., weekly/monthly Forecast calls, quarterly business reviews, sales planning meetings, etc Your Experience : - 7-10 years proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing or related role within a fast-paced high-tech organisation. - Must be able to work well in high pressure work environments with heavy workload and time constraints - Strong communication, executive presence, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels. - Understanding of Sales, Inside-Sales, Marketing and supporting business functions - Advanced skills in Excel &amp; PowerPoint - Experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred; Salesforce preferred
