Key Responsibilities :
1. Interacting with RWA ( Resident Welfare Association ) presidents / secretaries, estate managers for collection of payments for our services, pitching additional products and services.
2. Establishing strong relationships with our Key Customers
3. Carrying our Brand Activation Activities ( Camps / helpdesks) to enhance Park+ brand image
4. Responsible for getting the client issues resolved.
5. Maintaining data of key clients, anticipating future requirements / changes and data analysis
6. End to end customer delight responsibility
7. Having own vehicle ( 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler ) is a must
8.1-6 years of experience in account management, sales and customer success.
