General Manager - Growth (Acquisitions)
Job Description :
- Responsible to driving customer acquisition across Park+ universe
- Identify and conceptualise use cases and associated product flows for on-boardingcustomers
- Complete ownership of respective acquisition channels from concept ideation, detailing and development to go-live planning including on-ground roll-out, marketing communications, stabilisation and performance tracking
- Lead a team of business analysts and growth managers, while coordinating with
- Product and Operations teams to execute campaigns
Candidate Profile :
- 2-3 years of management consulting; additional experience in consumer internet space would be an asset
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work in fast evolving environments, with a bias for action
- Tier-1 B.Tech./ Tier-I MBA
