About Park+:
Park+ is already the largest community of 70 lakh+ car owners in India. We are building the Super app for car users. We are solving day-to-day problems faced by car users and hence, bringing delight back to car ownership. We have built technology-led solutions for parking, FasTag and access control in malls, corporate parks & apartments. Park+ allows users to discover, book and pay for Parking at ~90,000 sites across India. Park+ enabled MG and Hyundai customers to book and pay for parking via the car's head unit infotainment system. In just over 24 months of our existence, up to 20% of all cars in metro cities and 15% cars across India are already on the Park+ platform. Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), 1,200+ residential apartment gates.
Park+ has raised USD 50Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal).
Profile Summary: Responsible for owning, running and reporting on day-to- day operations and business growth for Valet Business of a designated city.
About the Role:
- Steer and oversee New business addition & business operations for Valet Business on live projects within a designated city/region
- Manage P & L, auxiliary costs and revenue continuity at all assigned sites by manipulating and owning ground performance and business levers
- Oversee Area Manager bandwidth & ground team work reports on a daily basis to ensure adherence to SOPs defined by the department
- Manage City level operations to minimize user escalation & streamline B2B collection process as per agreed terms on projects
- Identify new business opportunities and add to revenue and user growth by onboarding accounts at B2B level
- Manage deployed operations schedules to over see process level gaps and running operations across all projects in the city
- Own product usage and growth metrics for user acquisition and repeat user CSAT/rating growth - Track manpower activity, to include successful completion of designated tasks
- Liaison with client & management teams to coordinate and report on ongoing issues
- Create & deliver reports to managers and maintain complete visibility in Data & action planned - Identify organizational or employee-related issues & create effective solutions for valet business growth with current clients
Desired Candidate Profile:- Min. 4-5 year experience in brand management/activation/sales/business development/running B2C Operations
- In depth experience of Enterprise sales closure, Retail Sales & Revenue Management and BTL activities
- Manage the launch process, ensuring all teams are on track to reach key milestones
- Experience in an early-stage start up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage
- Operations & Sales Management experience with a B2C brand is highly preferred

- Ability to act accordingly under strong pressure, along with the ability to effectively manage during stressful or crisis situations
- A passion for creating & delivering innovative ideas and experiences
- Comfortable working in flexible working hours conditions and occasional traveling
- Proven track record and working experience as a brand executive
- Proficient with MS Office products and Google docs
