Park+ is live at nearly 20 sites with its new found Valet software product while owning entire manpower operations to run a digitally supported valet service at such retail and corporate sites. Providing an entire digital flow to users - we are playing with interesting models to scale the business to 5000 active daily users in the mentioned cities. About the Role - As an Operations Manager for valet operations you are expected to be: 1. P&L and Operations Owner for entire city at Park+ managing multiple metrics of business fulfillment at all assigned valet sites 2. Understanding the Valet Software/Application and driving overall transaction growth through manpower deployed on ground 3. Lead a team of executives and supervisors to own all ground operations through deployed manpower to drive business health for valet service on city level 4. Stakeholder management with the Key clients in the designated city & bettering ground workflows to make Park+ valet service a value add for the associated real estate 5. Connect with different stakeholders within and outside the organization to launch new initiatives/projects that drive product growth and cross acquisition of users through parallel channels in the city 5. Understanding & Optimizing overall cost for running vertical operations in the city. Being data oriented to understand MIS & numbers for revenue generated 6. Prepare proposals and provide technological suggestions for driving automation across different processes to minimize manual tasks and bring efficiency. 7. Own city level operations including the quality of service and any escalations to ensure a high quality customer/client experience 8. Forecasts and sets short term and long term budget and Profitability to ensure that all objectives will be reached 9. Participates in strategic planning to improve overall business efficiency 10. Creates new processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and to reduce capex Desired Candidate Profile - 1. Bachelors degree/MBA (added advantage) 2. 3-6 years of work experience in running ground operations in retail or service industry at a zonal/city level 3. Experience and Understanding of Mobile Applications & Internet products along with customer acquisition in same regard 4. Understanding of SOP development, cost efficiency and manpower management to run business operations 5. Data understanding and capability to read reports/MIS and drive decisions basis the same 6. Startups experience preferred Preferred skills for this role - 1. Team Management skills and experience to handle ground operations managers 2. Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills 3. Proficient with understanding of Internet based B2C applications and usage 4. Knowledge of training methodologies and the ability to develop and deliver technical/operational training to various levels of employees 5. Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Google docs 6. Understanding of data and performance metrics to maintain operational hygiene at a business level
