Job Description :
- In depth knowledge of Fastag business (National Electronic Toll Collection Program)
- Business Acumen and marketing skills for presenting & selling Fastag propositions to Car Dealerships, Visit dealer showrooms to provide training and support, delivery of FASTag as needed.
- Handling and Building the team of Team Leaders & agency staff to drive Fastag numbers via promoters channel on field at Point of sales.
- Driving sales initiatives & targets to achieve business goals
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Experience in managing and leading teams for running regional level sales
Requirements :
- Prior car dealership experience/ Telecom/ auto-insurance is a must.
- Prior experience of working in automotive related products/ service startup is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Regional Language
- 3-4 years of Sales or any relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and get things done quickly with minimum supervision
- Must be honest, diligent and hard working
- Must have a two-wheeler
- Prior experience in fastags sales preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- MBA is preferred, not a must.
