Pariksha is India's largest vernacular test preparation App that helps aspirants from Bharat prepare for any state government job exam in the language of their choice, through videos and live streaming classes in the most affordable, convenient, and enriching manner. We are currently operational in 13 states and 8 languages across India with a constant zeal to expand further. Pariksha is founded by alumnus of IIT Kanpur and Symbiosis International

Your Key Responsibilities

- Setup; drive the end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various Engagement and Retention strategies

- Design and implement push notification, In-App, SMS, email, Whatsapp & Telegram programs for new & existing users

- Use data and testing to optimize and improve the content and targeting for all customer communications

- Identify, acquire, and integrate new tools and technologies for marketing automation

- Work closely with Product for improving the user experience & communication channel efficiency

- Adapt to modulate digital campaigns across Google, Facebook.

- Understanding of the KPIs and knowledge of driving performance via digital campaigns.

What To Bring-

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience with a focus on growth & retention in a consumer-facing internet based organization, preferably in a startup/e-commerce.

- Hands-on experience of at least one of the lifecycle marketing tools like CleverTap/ MoEngage/ Gamooga/ WebEngage, and other digital tools.
