1. Experience of Microfinance which involves building an in-depth understanding of Financials, Field operations, Management, systems, and processes

2. Fundraising from banking & non-banking institutions towards Skill Loans

3. Manage a team size of 20 members of Skill Loan Financing & Impact Reporting Vertical

4. Regular front-end CXO level engagement with banks to ensure timely disbursements of approved loans

5. Sector/Center/Transaction level assessment & approvals of risks through portfolio analytics, credit risk analysis, regular engagement with banks through feedback sharing & recommendation

6. Review payment schedules & loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to agreed policy

7. Reporting to management on loan approval & disbursement schedule

8. Preparation of impact reports for reporting to external stakeholders (donors, funders, banks, etc)
