PARFI - Loan Officer

Eligibility: Minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience in any of the financial institutions (commercial Banks, cooperative banks, MFI, NABARD, NABFINS, SIDBI or any other NBFC)

Education Qualification: Post Graduate

Salary: As per industry standard

Job Description - 

1) Handle loan portfolio of over 5 crores & track loan schedule of 1000 candidates

2) Approve loans within specified limits and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for action

3) Analyze applicants' financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting loans

4) Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, financial statements, and other financial information

5) Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.

6) Compute repayment schedules post loan disbursement

7) Handle audits & take appropriate action to resolve them

8) Prepare reports to send to management whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
